We've rebuilt the heart of Paint Projects to match how painters actually work — from a photo to a paint-ready plan.

🗂️ Organise by zone

Create zones for the parts of your model — Cape, Hair, Armour, Weapon, Base… — then drag a colour onto a zone to assign it. Your palette now reads like your model, not a flat list. Don't want to bother? Colours stay under Unzoned until you're ready.

🎭 Automatic roles

Every colour you pick is auto-tagged with a role (skin, metal, cloth, base, eyes, wash zone…). Inside each zone, colours group by role automatically — and you can change any role in one click.

🖌️ Note your technique

Add the painting technique to each colour — drybrush, wash, layering, glaze, edge highlight, OSL… — with handy suggestions or your own words.

🎯 Sharper paint matching

The Match panel now lets you filter suggestions by paint type (Base, Layer, Wash, Metallic…), plus brand, finish, chemistry and application method. No good owned match? We'll suggest a mix from your inventory instead of a false match.

📄 A project sheet you'll actually print

The PDF export is redesigned as a clean card grid grouped by zone and role — reference photo with numbered points, swatches, ΔE, role and technique on every card. Tape it next to your painting mat and go.

🔄 Everywhere, in sync

Roles, techniques and matches sync seamlessly between the website and the Android app.
