Account and subscription

How to create an account?

To create an account, click the "Join the community" button at the top of the page and fill out the form with your information. You will receive a confirmation email to activate your account.

What are the different plans available?

We offer three plans:

FREE: Unlimited inventory, catalog access, Find Alternative tool. Up to 2 devices.
MOBILE (~€8.5 one-time): Unlimited inventory, Color Match, Color Harmony, Projects. Up to 3 devices.
PRO (€3/month or €27/year): All MOBILE features + website access, Gradient Generator, Nearest Colors, Recipe Mixer, PDF export. Up to 5 devices.

How to cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your profile in the "Subscription" section. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current subscription period. You will continue to have access to premium content until that date.

Can I get a refund?

In accordance with digital content legislation, no refund can be issued once you have accessed the premium content. By validating your subscription, you agree to waive your right of withdrawal.

Content and tutorials

How often do you publish new content?

We publish content regularly. Premium subscribers are notified first of new publications and tools released.

Paints and brands

What paint brands do you cover?

We cover 50+ brands used in the miniature painting community including Citadel, Vallejo, Army Painter, AK Interactive, Scale75, Reaper, P3, Tamiya, and many more. Our database contains 20,000+ paint references.

Do you offer equivalents between brands?

Yes! Our comparison tool allows you to find approximate equivalents between different paint brands. This helps you follow our tutorials even if you don't have the exact same references.

Security and privacy

Is my personal data protected?

Yes, we take the protection of your data very seriously. We comply with the GDPR and never share your data with third parties for commercial purposes. For more information, consult our Privacy Policy.

How to delete my account?

You can delete your account at any time from your profile settings or by contacting us directly. Deletion is permanent and results in the loss of all your data.

What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept Paypal. All payments are encrypted and secured.
